CANADA IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT

Following the decision by Canada’s Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, the only consultants who can legally provide immigration services for a fee are members of the Council – known as Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC). The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC/the Council) is the regulatory body for immigration consultants. The Council is working hard to make positive changes in the regulation of this profession. As a non-profit organization, the Council’s objective is to fairly and effectively regulate immigration consultants with accountability and transparency. Beware of ghost agents.
